Submission

The submission template is available here.

The submission must include items 1–3 combined into a single ZIP file. Please name the ZIP file using the following format:

[Last name of the corresponding author]_[Abbreviation of the corresponding author's institute].zip

Example: Okamoto_UTokyo.zip

  1. Prediction score result for each audio–text pair (csv)
    • You must write [wavfilename, prediction score] on a line for each audio-text pair in the test dataset, and save them all in a single csv file.
    • If you are submitting multiple systems, you must create and submit a separate CSV file for each system.
    • The CSV file should be named in the following format:
    • [Last name of corresponding author]_[Abbreviation of institute of the corresponding author]_[index number of your submission (1-4)].csv

      Example: Okamoto_UTokyo_1.csv

  2. System description with pre-defined format (yaml)
    • If you are submitting multiple systems, you must create and submit a separate system description file for each system.
    • The YAML file should be named in the following format:
    • [Last name of corresponding author]_[Abbreviation of institute of the corresponding author]_[index number of your submission (1-4)].yaml

      Example: Okamoto_UTokyo_1.yaml

  3. Technical report (pdf) (Optional, but strongly recommended)
    • Format: IEEE ICASSP 2026 paper kit, two pages or more. The following paper should be cited in your technical report.
    • Yuki Okamoto, Riki Takizawa, Minoru Kishi, Yusuke Kanamori, Noriyuki Tonami, Ryotaro Nagase, Shinnosuke Takamichi, and Keisuke Imoto XACLE Challenge 2026: The first x-to-audio alignment challenge 2025.
    • The technical report should be named in the following format:
    • [Last name of corresponding author]_[Abbreviation of institute of the corresponding author].pdf

      Example: Okamoto_UTokyo.pdf

Before submitting your ZIP file, we recommend using the submission checker below to ensure that there are no issues with your submission. If there are any problems with the submitted contents, your submission may not be accepted.

The submission deadline is 23:59 on November 24 (AoE).
